Step 1: Your request

Step 2: Our non-binding offer
With this information, an initial assessment of the scope and effort is made and the cost framework is calculated as the basis for the non-binding offer.
The non-binding offer also contains information on the procedure for picking up the object securely for transport and later redelivering it. If you like the offer, we will arrange a pick-up date for the restoration object with you (Tuesday – Thursday in the time window 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.).
Would you like to bring your restoration object to us personally?
Alternatively, you are also welcome to come to our workshop with your restoration object after making an appointment and be present at the actual recording of the object.
Step 3: The actual recording of the object
After arrival of the restoration object in our restoration factory in Breisach am Rhein, the actual status of the object itself is taken. The customer receives the binding offer based on the physical analysis with photo documentation of the current state for download.
Step 4: Your approval and we start work
After discussing the documents, if required, and your approval, we will confirm the order, stating the expected delivery week. The components of the restoration object are controlled with the process information in the respective departments for wood, metal and fine mechanics, plastic, leather and upholstery as well as painting.
Step 5: final assembly, final inspection, packaging, shipping
The restoration object has now almost made it and will soon give you pleasure again. We will coordinate the delivery with you beforehand.

That is also possible. After making an appointment, we look forward to your personal collection of your restoration objects.
